6 TRADING DISCIPLINE

Gainoid strictly follows Trading Principle and Stop Loss Policy Wherein Customer by default agree to not do/ enter any trade without Pre-Informed/ Defined Stop Loss. If you trade against the stop-loss policy, you alone shall be responsible for the same &Gain shall have zero liability towards it. We further advise that do not trade on recommendations of employees outside the course of employment in case, if you will do so, the liability will be your own and Gain shall not be accountable for any loss.

7 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Because Gainoid does proper risk evaluation to ensure that our products and services will meet your needs without the need to purchase, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

Before deciding to subscribe to our services, please make sure to complete risk profiling. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions that have already been taken. We do believe in our services and support so, without any exception, we have NO REFUND POLICY.

The fees paid by you are non-refundable and any discrepancy in the fees charged or service offered must be brought to our notice within 7 days of subscription to our services. Before deciding to subscribe to our services, please make sure to complete the risk profiling that we provide. The purpose of risk evaluation is to ensure that the services match your requirements.

No claim of any refund of fees or loss incurred will be admissible by us because all the advice provided to clients is based on their risk profiling. The movements in Forex/Comex or Indices market are not always predictable and therefore, may be contrary to our advice. Make sure you have gone through the disclaimer, past track record, terms and conditions, and refund policy before proceeding with a subscription or making payment for any of our services.

14 ATTORNEY'S FEES

If Thegainoid.com takes action (by itself or through its associate companies) to enforce any of the provisions of this User Agreement, including a collection of any amounts due hereunder, Thegainoid.com. shall be entitled to recover from you (and you agree to pay), in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any costs of any litigation.

15 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and no other agreement, written or oral, exists between you and Thegainoid.com. By using the Information on Thegainoid.com., you assume full responsibility for any and all gains and losses, financial, emotional, or otherwise, experienced, suffered, or incurred by you. 16 TERMINATION

Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which Thegainoid.com may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Thegainoid.com. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to Thegainoid.com is non-refundable for any reason.

17 DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

All disputes, differences, and questions of any nature which at any time arise between the parties to this agreement out of the construction of or concerning anything contained in or arising out of this agreement or as to the rights, duties, or liabilities under it or the parties to it shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996. The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Managing Director of Gainoid. The Arbitration Proceedings shall be held at (Madhya Pradesh) India. The Place of Arbitration will be at (Madhya Pradesh) India. The laws prevailing in India Shall alone apply to the Arbitration Proceedings between the parties

18 JURISDICTION

Both the Parties agree that all claims, differences, and disputes, including any agreements, contracts, and transactions made with reference to anything incidental thereto or in pursuance thereof or relating to their validity, construction, interpretation, fulfillment or the rights, obligations, and liabilities of the parties thereto and including any question of whether such dealings, transactions MOA, or contracts have been entered into or not, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Indore only.
